Liverpool One

A 215 bedroom Hilton Hotel in Liverpool formed the final phase in the £920 million, 42 acre, Liverpool One development by Grosvenor. A striking curved building by international architects Aedas, it echoes the elegant lines of Bath’s Royal Crescent.

The hotel overlooks Chavasse Park, a new public open space and includes facilities such as top class restaurants, bars, health club, meeting rooms and conference suites.

Exyte Hargreaves supplied the airflow and ventilation system for the hotel working with Kier Build Limited as the main contractor.



The contract also included ventilation for 47 luxury apartments within the same building.

CityPoint London

CityPoint is the largest ever single commercial office building in the city of London.



Hargreaves provided the Smoke and Fire Systems for use in the main building and for use in the car park. These fire-resistant constructions have been used extensively on car park extracts, main risers and within plant rooms.

The project involved the installation of ventilation systems running the height of the building which was an integral part of the architectural feature of the building.
